For another view of our Lodge, look at KeensCottage
Timber Hill is situated in a beautiful green valley with a small stream that leads down to the sea. There are a number of lodges, well spaced to keep your privacy, and built from cedar wood to blend in with the environment.
The lodge sleeps up to six adults (one double bedroom and two with full sized bunk beds) and there is a travel cot available for little ones. Being one of the largest lodges within Timber Hill, there is plenty of space in a large open living room / dining area for entertaining and relaxing, easily accommodating six adults (and even a couple of guests should you make friends whilst you’re there!).
The living room has magnificent views of the valley. You can see the hills, the woods and even the tiny Talbenny church on the far side of the bay at Broad Haven; a lovely little village on the coast only a fifteen minute walk away through the woods.
You can further enjoy the view from the veranda that runs the whole length of the lodge. It provides a great outdoor space to take in the scenery and maybe enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the sun setting. For animal lovers this is a great spot to keep an eye on the local wildlife, including badgers, rabbits and buzzards.
The lodge has all the amenities you will need; a fully fitted kitchen including a microwave and a fridge with a small freezer; bathroom with bath and shower; instant hot water as required; colour TV and DVD player; storage heaters and a stove to keep the chill off in the autumn evenings.
